The white shoes remind me of Pee Wee Herman's shoes, specifically when he dances in the bar scene in the movie.

4.) a pet peeve of yours: This is going to be really ridiculous, but I have a strong hatred for that medical injury boot people wear when they injure their foot. I'm not sure why, but it still irritates me.
5.) introvert or extrovert: Ughh..I would say mostly introvert because I'm not a group person, and I tend to be more quiet in large settings. But I also want to say extrovert because I'm usually the most lively person when I'm comfortable. I'm indecisive, you all know that.
6.) your current obsession: TARO. I just said! :) Taro, James Dean, tea, Tegan and Sara, cats, Catcher in the Rye, my Docs, and freckles.
7.) favorite time of the day: Anytime except 4am.
8.) least favorite school subject: Science. :( It's seems to be impossible for me to do even a decent job in.
9.) favorite fictional character: Flynn Rider. <3
10.) something you wish you could change: Too many things. Wait, I'd wish to change that there are too many things to change.

I just finished reading Catcher in the Rye. Amazing.

Okay, this challenge has taken me way too long to get through.

It's going to be a blog with mostly fictional stories, but some partially inspired by my life..

23/30: Something you miss.
Oh, goodness gracious..what a question.
I deeply miss Whim, and I've never told anyone that. I miss my brother, who I haven't seen for quite awhile. I miss being a happy, carefree person. I miss the quirky, patient girl I was last year, the one who was quick with words and considerate and accepting of others.
 
I miss the day I met Whim, I miss Glasses and I with our skinny love. I miss one of my former close friends being single and fun, and not being tied down and mature. I miss last season of Project Runway, I miss being a kid, I miss my kitten Sage. I miss my first dog. I miss being unaware.
I miss so much.
 
But nostalgia is a bad friend to me.

I finally got high waisted shorts!!! :)
 
I went thrifting (finally.)
And here's what I got:
3 pairs of high waisted pants, that I cut into high waisted shorts. Aghh, they're just perfect. And to top it off, one of the pants I cut was a crazy pattern with pin-up girls on them. I had to get them. Though they are wearing bikinis, so they're covered up, I don't think I'll be wearing them to church or infront of children. :)
Two pairs of sunglasses. One white pair of fake ray-bans, and teal tortoise-shell/circle frames. I feel so vintage..hahah.
Millions of tops, which I'll attempt to name..a blue Peter Pan collared top, an ivory lace button up (which I especially love because the collar is a high lace collar), a silk pink top with stellar sleeves (the color reminds me of the dress that Andy wears in Pretty in Pink.), a casual coral button-up, a salmon colored baby doll top, a beige floral top, a tribal print crop top, and the most bona fide jacket ever.
 
And a dark dark blue skirt.
 
:) I'm a satisfied one, considering that I usually buy clothes at the thrift shop and proceed to hate them.

Decent? I guess I'm trying to be optimistic because everybody is always spelling negativity for the future.
 
I hope I'm still walking with Christ. I hope I can see some miracles in the future. I hope that I will be able to live without a day of fear.
I hope that I won't be sick anymore..my stupid flu won't give up. :/
 
Well, go have a wonderful evening and watch the Breakfast Club, Pee Wee's Big Adventure, and Napolean Dynamite-I never get tired of those movies. :)

The one thing I've realized this year, despite all the craziness, is that I serve the best God. :) He is honestly the most loving power there is. His love for us makes me so warm and fuzzy inside.
 
I think I prefer my usual set layout over the one I've been trying out..this one seems more natural and familiar with me.

Hi, I've been sick for awhile now. I couldn't hold food in at all, I couldn't eat or sleep or be on my feet for about a week now. Well..I'm craving food now, so it's a grand sign of recovery. :o)

Well, the dress in this set is my dress for the formal. :) I saw it and knew right away that it was the one.

I was rather stoked to get one of the dresses in that set but all of the dresses had been sold out. :(

I hope you are all having a better week than me..I'm super sick at the moment. 2013 has been a funny year for me..I've gotten sick three times in the past two months.
 
Well, in a few months I'm going to have two events that I need dresses for. One is a formal and the other is a promotion ceremony. These are all the dresses that have won my heart. Comment below and suggest two.

Dead Poet Society is a perfect movie.
 
I was holding back tears at the end..now, I would've let out all the sad saltiness if I had watched it anywhere else. Unfortunately, I was in class.
I was the only one who enjoyed the movie. Makes me pretty hip, if I do say so myself.
 
So..remember Dimples? And the funny fact that I never use people's real names? Well.. Me and him are as good friends as ever. And it was awkward and unexpected today what he happened to do. I was walking with a friend, and he runs right up to me..hugs me and leaves. Now, a hug is just a hug..but it was right in front of his arm candy.
I try my best to not be the awkward female friend who distracts a guy from his girlfriend. But the hug made me happy, because I knew he'd come around and always remember his good friend Kate. :)
 
I was doing so good by not eating dessert and I cheated today with a raspberry bar from Trader Joe's. :)
